Please start the enrollment process by setting up your Screening Appointment.

Here is the link to set up your Kindergarten Screening Appointment through Sign Up Genius. Screenings will take place April 8-April 12, 2024. **Please note: If your student currently attends the OG Early Childhood Center, please do not schedule an appointment as they will be screened at the ECC during normal school hours.
Please select 1 available appointment time slot and submit the form.
You will need to have these documents saved on your phone or device in order to upload them to the SIS Portal.

**Required Documents Saved on Your Device:
- A certified state birth certificate
- Current immunization record
- Proof of residency (current water, gas, or electric bill)
Gather your required documents for the Online Registration. The Online Registration portal will open for Kindergarten parents during the week of the screenings.

Add your new Kindergarten student to the system either through the New Family Registration (step 2) or add them to your existing family in the TeacherEase SIS
